The relationship you hold with your physical form is the gatekeeper to your mind-bending pleasure. Through closed eye explorations, in-bodied practices and guided breathwork you will move shame, trauma, and discomfort from the body. You will transform the relationship with your physical form and your emotions to open the portals of pleasure and find safety and deep trust within the home of your body.
